WHAT IS A GANG SHEET?

A gang sheet is a transfer sheet that has multiple designs printed together. This is a more economical way to print transfers when compared to printing your design one at a time.

***RESIZING AND COLOR CORRECTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON GANG SHEET ORDERS. GANG SHEETS MUST BE PRINT READY***
Please ensure the sizing and coloring is correct as it will be printed exactly as it is uploaded.
  • The image should have a transparent background. You will receive the image as you have uploaded it. 
  • Recommended DPI: 300
  • File Type: PNG or PDF
  • Do not flip/mirror your image. It will be printed as is, so please submit them as you would like them to appear on the shirt.

WHY SHOULD I USE A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND?

DTF printing software does not distinguish between the design and the background. If you send an image with a white background, the print will print that background and you will end up with a transfer that has a white rectangle around your design.

DTF Transfer Application Instructions

  1. Preheat the garment for 5 seconds to remove excess moisture.
  2. Place the transfer on the shirt white side down, image facing up.
  3. Press at 320F for 15 seconds under very firm pressure.
  4. Remove the garment from the press and let it stand until it is warm enough to peel.
  5. Peel warm or cool.
  6. Cover the image with parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds. You can use a Teflon sheet.
